Announcing Crabmail
I am happy to announce the first release of a project I've been working on for a while, Crabmail.
Crabmail is a static email archive generator, like Hypermail, but not 30 years old. I have mirrored the Gemini mailing list here:

Self-hosting a "public inbox" style mailing list with Crabmail is much simpler to set up and maintain than using mailing list software, and gives you most of the benefits -- a place for people to contact you or discuss a project using an open protocol without registration.
Email is the future!
